• Manufacturing Engineer (Background in Mobile repair business )
Main activities & Requirements:
 Responsible of manage the Product Engineering knowledge within the Diagnostic Team.
 Manage a group of Technicians to accomplish Diagnostic goals.
 Daily Interface on Product Technical projects and issues.
 Offers new ideas and suggestions for improvement, identifies and implements new practices and processes that are “best in field.”
 Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
 Hands-on experience and knowledge of Surface Mount Technologies (SMT) and Thru-hole equipment/gear, Statistical Process Control, Design for Manufacturability, Design for Test, Demand Flow Technology (line balancing), and Design of Experiment methodologies.
 Experience on Set Top Boxes / Cable Box Diagnostic and Repair.
 At least 3 Years Experience on Electronic Products .
 At least 1 Year of Management / Supervisor Experience.
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
